First Red Sox post, what to expect.By BosoxDynasty on February 23, 2009 | No Comments
Hey all, my name is Wes and I just got approved to blog for my hometown Boston Red Sox, so here’s what you can expect. First off, I’d like to thank Jeff for this opportunity. To clarify, the Red Sox position was filled much earlier, but whoever the blogger was supposed to be hasn’t been active, so Jeff gave it to me. Second, as you can expect I will post game recaps and just about everything else that goes with the Red Sox. Obviously I can’t stand the Yankees, but I will try to keep the bias out of posts (although as a Mets fan, Jeff did say some “light” Yankee hazing would be accepted). I look forward to more blogging in the future and I hope you all enjoy my posts.
You're a MLB Pro..Thanks For Coming Back!

A little introduction to Phillies nation..By Kieran Kelly on February 18, 2009 | 4 Comments
First up, I’d like to thank Jeff for the opportunity to write about my crazy obsession, Philadelphia Phillies baseball.
A little about myself. My name is Kieran Kelly. I’m currently a senior at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I’ve never written about anything on a regular basis, so this will be a learning experience for me.
I’ve been a fan of the Phillies for as long as I can remember. That remembrance goes back to Game 6 of the 1993 World Series. Joe Carter. Enough said.
I spent all of my savings to go to Game 4 of the 2008 World Series. There was no way in hell that I was missing a chance to see the Phillies in the World Series. I bought a season ticket package for this season, so there will be many first hand accounts from the Bank.
I’ll try and get together a post about the 2009 Phillies up shortly. I thank you in advance for your patience with me as I get the hang of this.
You can follow me on Twitter @kierankelly I’ll usually have small snippets there, some about the Phillies, mostly about other things. I’m very active on Twitter, so that will be more “fresh” than here, but I’ll have at least one post a day here.
I look forward to sharing my insights about the Philadelphia Phillies…2008 World F*cking Champions.

Cubs Blogger Checking In!
This is just a very quick introduction, I’m very much looking forward to blogging for majorleagueblogging.com. When i first saw this site i thought it had a lot of potential, and when i saw that i could be apart of it’s growth, i wasted no time getting in touch with Jeff Gross. He was kind enough to give me this opportunity, and i hope that you enjoy my posts over the coming season, and hopefully more. Now just a little about myself, I am a History student, I’m 20 years old, and i love the Cubs. Over time other details will be revealed about me through my posts, but i don’t want to bore you with them right now.
Here are just a few things that you can expect to read from me over the coming months:
* All the latest spring training news from Mesa, Arizona. Which players are impressing and which players need to get in the batting cage for extra work.
* A non biased opinion on the state of the Cubs and the state of the NL Central
* A view to the past, a look at past Cubs, there influences on the team. A look at old owners and how this franchise has been shaped with there help.
* Coverage of all the games/injuried/trades and tantrums of the new season
Please feel free to leave any comments with any questions, praise and or criticism
