| Why I Love Baseball: Tell us what makes you love the game the way you do.
Baseball to me is a unique game, it’s one of the only games that you can feel the history of the game every time you sit down to watch it. I like the tactics involved with the game, everything that go’s into one play. The individual battle within the team sport, pitcher v hitter, a small part of a bigger picture. I like the Cubs for several reasons, the history, Babe Ruth’s called shot at Wrigley Field, the outfield Ivy and the day games. I feel that baseball is at it’s best when being played during the day. |
