Mets Author In Philly?!

Hello All,

I haven’t been able to post much in the last few days because I am away on business, in a place that just crawls with fans of the team I love to hate…of course they sent me to Philadelphia!

As I sit here watching the local news I cant avoid hearing about Park, Happ, and other Phillies news…Driving here I look up and see a whole heap of Jimmy Rollins ad’s and a whole bunch of ravenous Phillies fans everywhere!

I felt is would be best to leave my Mets gear at home as the locals clearly wouldnt have appreciated me marching around in anything even resembling a Mets Hat or Jersey.

Anyways, I will be continuing my Mets posts tomorrow and I cant wait to get back on track!

As for the blog…we have had a ton more applications for author spots, but most of the applicants were for teams who were already taken! Like I promised, one author per team!

I received a pre-release copy of Bernie Williams’ new CD and I will be writing a review of it on the blog shortly. I was contacted by the record company responsible for Bernies music and I asked if Bernie would do a brief interview here…he just might! I’ll let you know!
