Indians Win 1st of the Season

All I have to say is FINALLY! It took the Tribe long enough.

All Tribe fans received a great Easter present today when the Indians routed the Jays 8-4. Anthony Reyes pitched strong 6 innings, Jensen Lewis came in and saved what could have been a disaster when Rafael Perez could not find his control and Kerry Wood pitched a scoreless 9th, striking out 3. Is this a sign of things to come?

Mark DeRosa and Travis Hafner went yard for the Tribe in todays game. Jhonny Peralta and Shin-Soo Choo also had big days for the Tribe. Trevor Crowe his his first major league hit by hitting a 2-Run double.

The Indians hit the road to play the Royals and the Yankees. I might be getting ahead of myself, but both the Royals and the Yankees are 3-3 on the season. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a winning streak.
